If the App includes paid features or subscriptions, the specific prices, terms, and benefits are as displayed in the App. Purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store are subject to Apple's applicable rules for payment, renewal, and refunds; you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure or third parties (including but not limited to telecom operators, network providers, and app distribution platforms), but we will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you actually paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the dispute.

Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring an action before a court of competent jurisdiction.
